 Prince Yusuf Kamal, one of the most prominent princes of the Muhammad Ali family, who was a lover of art and the purchase of paintings, and he traveled the world in order to buy rare pieces of art to give to museums.


Prince Youssef Kamal founded the School of Fine Arts in 1905 AD, and the Society for Lovers of Fine Arts in 1924 AD. He was also one of the co-founders of the Egyptian Academy of Arts in Rome.

Prince Youssef Kamal established his palace in Nagaa Hammadi in 1908, and the palace was registered as an Islamic monument in 1988. The palace consists of 9 unique architectural units, built on an area of ​​10 acres. fascist,

حكاية قصر الأمير يوسف كمال



علي ضفاف نيل نجع حمادي الغربية ستجد تحفة معمارية يرجع تاريخيها إلي أكثر من 110 سنة 

 الأمير يوسف كمال، أحد أبرز أمراء أسرة محمد علي، الذى كان عاشقًا للفن وشراء اللوحات الفنية وكان يجوب العالم من أجل شراء القطع الفنية النادرة ليهديها للمتاحف.

وأسس الأمير يوسف كمال، مدرسة الفنون الجميلة عام 1905م، وجمعية محبى الفنون الجميلة عام 1924م، كما أنه من المشاركين فى تأسيس الأكاديمية المصرية للفنون بروما عرف بعشق الصيد والإبحار فى القراءات التاريخية،

وأنشأ الأمير يوسف كمال قصره بنجع حمادى عام 1908، وتم تسجيل القصر كأثر إسلامى عام ‏1988، ويتكون القصر من 9 وحدات معمارية فريدة، أقيمت على مساحة ‏10‏ أفدنة، وتضم الوحدات المعمارية للقصر "قصر السلاملك، القصر، قاعة الطعام، المطبخ، الفسقية،
 ضريح الشيخ عمران، المئذنة، قاعة الدرس، السبيل"، وتعد وحدات القصر التسع مزيجًا 
من الطرازين الأوروبى والإسلامى.

كما أن للقصر أربع واجهات خزف من الخارج، فيما يتكون القصر من الداخل من دورين وبدروم ودور مسحور وسطح والدور الأرضى، ومن أجمل ما يوجد بالقصر "أسانسير خشبى صنعه الأمير خصيصًا لوالدته المريضة بالقلب"، وتحتل قاعة الطعام الجنوب الغربى من السلاملك، ولها 4 واجهات خزف .

وأعيد افتتاح قصر الأمير يوسف كمال فى عام 2019 بعد ترميمه
 بتكلفة إجمالية وصلت إلى31 مليون جنيه،
 ويضم القصر أكثر من 500 قطعة اشتراها الأمير من دول أوروبا.
